We are pleased to announce the signing of Adam Cunnington.
The 31 year old striker joins us from Billericay Town where he had spent the last two seasons. Previous to Billericay he was at Bromley, Ebbsfleet and Cambridge United.
Adam and Jamie” Adam comes to us with a wealth of experience and on the back of scoring 23 goals in his last 37 games for Billericay. He was a crowd favourite at new Lodge and I expect him to be liked here as well with his tireless displays. Last season in the two fixtures against us he was difficult to play against and ended up winning Billericay 2 penalties. We believe he will equally be as much of a handful for opposition defenders this season for us. We would like to thank Billericay for coming to an agreement with us for Adam and enabling his contract to be cancelled so he could sign. Both signings wouldn’t have been possible without the club supporting the team during our recent injury crisis so we are thankful for this support”.
Adam will be available for selection tomorrow at Wealdstone.
