Season ticket holder update – Season 2020/21

Supporters open meeting

Firstly, we would like to thank our supporters for their support and understanding during these very challenging months. The recent news that fans will not be able to return to Princes Park from the beginning of October, as originally planned, was disappointing for us all.

While we will be playing behind closed doors with fans unable to attend, we are delighted to announce we will be live streaming all home league matches. We would like to apologise for what happened yesterday with the feed, this was totally out of our control as it was due to the main host site going down. This did not occur during the friendlies and we have been assured as best as possible it will not happen again.

For non season ticket holders to purchase the home league games going forward will be £7.99 per match.

We realise times are tough for everyone but we urge season ticket holders if at all possible to keep their money within the club to support us through this season.

The options available to you are as follows:

Option 1: Streaming code Package for home matches

For the foreseeable future, games will be played behind closed doors. For these matches, we are delighted to offer all season tickets the opportunity to watch our home league matches for free as part of their season ticket package. Codes will be sent out to you via email / telephone by Tuesday morning ahead of the first game. You will also receive via email the day before a match the matchday programme free of charge to read at home.

As soon as spectators are allowed back in, you will gain entry to games and still have the streaming code and programme.

If streaming home games is not suitable then we have the following two options available:

Option 2: Monthly refund

This option is available on a pro-rota monthly refund basis. Cash refunds will be made monthly in arrears based on the number of home league matches in that month, for example: £210 Season Ticket / 3 home games missed = £31.50

Your season ticket will be valid for any remaining games during the season where fans are allowed back.

Please contact us on operations@dartfordfc.com confirming your personal details and refund option.

Option 3: A full refund

Please contact us on operations@dartfordfc.com with your personal details and we will process the refund for your season ticket.

Please note – You will no longer have a season ticket for any remaining games of the 2020/21 campaign when fans are allowed back
and will have to pay the full admission price for your age category.

For Season Ticket holders who wish to go ahead with the pro-rota/full refund, you will still have the option to purchase streaming passes on a match-by-match basis for £7.99 per match.

The situation relating to coronavirus is always changing and we will continue to keep you informed with any developments.

We thank you for your support!

FAQ’s

When will I receive my code?

Every season ticket holder will be emailed their own individual code which will give you access to all home league matches, which are played behind closed doors during the 2020/21 campaign.

I’ve not received my code and the first game is a few hours away. What should I do?

Codes will be sent out to season tickets holders by Tuesday morning. We will do our best to contact every season ticket holder but it may be the case that we do not have a valid email address for you or the email supplied is no longer valid, so please contact us on operations@dartfordfc.com

I’ve received my code, but I would like a pro-rota/full refund. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible. Please note – All season ticket holders will be sent a streaming code. If you want a pro-rota or full refund for the 2020/21 season, then under no circumstances should you activate the streaming code at any time as this will invalidate your refund claim.

I’ve never streamed games before. How does it work?

We will send you a code which is valid for all home league games which are being played behind closed doors. It is important to note that your code will only work on one device. It is recommended to use the device you are planning to watch these matches on throughout the season when logging in for the first time. When you enter the code for the first time, the system will request your email address to complete the sign up.

I want to start streaming on a different device. What should I do?

If you have changed or wish to watch the stream on a different device from the one you originally set up with then please enter your streaming code on your new device. Once you enter the code, the system will generate a two-factor authorisation code which will be sent to the email address you provided at set-up. Enter this two-factor authentication code to confirm your new device, and your old device will no longer work. Please check SPAM folders if you do not get the ticket (can take up to 1 minute to be generated).

My email address has changed. What should I do?

Please advise us if your email address has changed from the one set up. We will need to amend your records otherwise your authentication code will go to an old email address and we will not be able to amend during the match.

Can I watch the 90 minute game after the match has finished?

Unfortunately you need to watch the game live at the time, after the game we will be sending out the usual highlights package.
