The Dartford FC Academy is the pinnacle of the football club’s development programme and the final stage of preparation prior to Reserve and First Team football.

With our extensive youth development system, we have developed an outstanding reputation for nurturing talented players through this and into professional and non-league football.

The Academy will play a fundamental role in Dartford FC’s youth department which will strive to create a development culture with the primary function of developing players to compete in the First Team squad.

Here at Dartford FC, we are passionate about developing young footballers through the delivery of quality coaching, a unique and unrivaled education programme with the use of modern, state-of-the-art-facilities.

Ben Greenhalgh coaches our Dartford FC Academy players, alongside coach Leo Mazzone and former academy student Elliot Leveson. It is over seen by Academy Director Tony Burman.

The Dartford Academy has produced outstanding talents in International Footballer Deren Ibrahim and Ebou Adams, There is also first team squad graduates of Ronnie Vint, Cameron Brodie, Temi Eweke, Alfie Cue, John Ufuah, Michael Habte.

Former players playing successfully from the football league down to step 7 of the non league pyramid. They include Mohammed Eisa, Femi Akinwande, Kaka Dembele, Ben Francis and Dajon Goulding, Alfie Evans, Max Walsh, Dan Colmer

There will be a subsidised cost for purchasing training kit at the start of the season. Further information will be given by your Tutor upon acceptance onto the programme.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
NCFE Level 2 Diploma in Sport 
Individual offers may vary; however, you’ll normally need 4 GCSEs Level 1 – 9, including English and maths.

NCFE Level 3 Diploma in Sport 
Individual offers may vary; however, you’ll normally need 4 GCSEs Level 4-9, preferably one being English or maths.

NCFE Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sport 
Individual offers may vary; however, you’ll normally need 5 GCSEs Level 4-9, including English and maths.

UCAS POINTS
Up to 168 UCAS points* available (equivalent to 3 A-Levels)

This programme is government funded.
You will not need to pay tuition fees but other costs may be applicable.
