We are sorry to have received the news of the death of former player, club secretary and director, Dick Mace.
Dick first signed for Dartford in 1954 as a player. He returned as Club Secretary in 1979, became a director a few years later and left in 1988. He continued to be a widely respected official within Kentish football circles until returning to Dartford in 1992 as director and Vice-Chairman of the newly formed Dartford FC ( 1992) Ltd. He left the club in 1997.
Our condolences go out to his wife Jean, Sharon and David, his son and daughter and the rest of his family.
