‘’Honestly I had to have a few days to put the loss behind me it was a bitter pill to swallow because I truly believed we would do it but I had that time, thought about things and put it behind me plus it’s impossible to sulk around my family. Mum would be in my room pushing me out the door to run, smiling face with open mouth and smiling eyes but yeah been doing bits gradually I know we got a big season ahead so been pacing myself to be able to get through the season and avoid burning out. The main thing is coming back stronger this year, the signings are great so that puts us in a position where we are more than capable of doing one better. We need to make sure we stick to the good style of play and the possession football we displayed last season, leading to hopefully a good run of form.’’
