Welcome to the Dartford FC Academy Club Welfare Officer: EMMA COLMER.
Emma is the Academy representative to be contacted in relation to concerns about bullying or any other issue regarding staying safe at the club, in addition to Warren Bull, who is the CWO for DFC Sunday Youth Section.
At Dartford FC we are committed to providing a caring, friendly and safe environment for all of our members so they can participate in football, as a player, coach or spectator, in a relaxed and secure atmosphere. Bullying of any kind is totally unacceptable at our club. If bullying does occur, all club members or parents should be able to voice their concerns in the knowledge that incidents will be dealt with promptly and effectively. Therefore, anyone who believes that bullying of any kind is occurring, is fully expected to inform the Club Welfare Officer or member of the Academy’s Management Team (Russell Searle, Zach Bowden and John O’Sullivan).
Dartford FC is committed to ensure that every person is treated in a respectful manner (Please see the FA Respect/Anti Bullying Policy) and, upon signing for the club, all players and parents (parents only for our younger age-groups) signed the Registration Form agreeing that they had read and understood all of the club’s policies.
Regarding concerns about the behaviour of anyone at the club, please contact your Club Welfare Officer in confidence: Emma 07815141256 Cwodfc@gmail.com or Warren 07956438473 Warren.cricket@yahoo.co.uk if one is unavailable, please contact the other CWO.
